Welcome to Marsing!

The City of Marsing is a special community, known as the Gateway to the Owyhees and has something to offer everyone. Marsing is the perfect location to start or relocate a business.

State Hwy 55 briefly becomes Main Street and intersects with Hwy. 95, the Idaho Oregon Nevada Highway that carries travelers to and from the Treasure Valley.
Marsing is conveniently located minutes from Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian and only 45 minutes from Boise, Idaho’s state capitol.
The iconic Snake River flows at the edge of town with Lizard Butte as the backdrop, creating plentiful outdoor activities and a scenic, peaceful place to call home.
Our beautiful park complete with a spring fed pond stocked with rainbow and golden trout offers a paved path, grassy picnic areas with tables or benches and a playground for the kids.
Lizard Butte is across the Snake River and offers easy access to a leisurely short hike with unforgettable views of the Owyhee Mountains, the Snake River, surrounding fruit orchards and spectacular wine country.

Community events such as the 3rd of July Celebration, Owyhee County Fair and Rodeo, the Marsing Disaster Auction and the Annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting showcase the community “small town” feel and hospitality. Marsing has exceptional potential for positive growth while keeping to our roots.
